From all over the world, you can see your French post through your French Office mailbox on line 24hrs a day.

You can see the number of items received , sorted by date received. For each item, we indicate wether it is a letter, a standard envelop or even a parcel.

You can zoom in to read certain parts of the document if necessary. You can print them or sort them into folders you create.
When we receive a parcel for you, you will see the sender , the weight , the size and any tracking number . It’s as if you were there yourself !

It has been developed to meet the real needs of our customers. You won’t find such a friendly interface anywhere else. A few clicks and you can manage all your mail on line.

As well as your reliable online mailbox, you will receive regular emails depending on the different operations done for your account.
This information is free and is fully included in your contract. Usually, you will not receive pictures of your documents by email (unless you specifically required it).

Mail Reception

Every incoming mail is listed in your Online Mailbox and we create a unique number with barcode to identify it. You can have at any time:

  • Reception date.
  • The type of mail (simple, recommended or package).
  • A scan of the envelope or its contents if you have a premium plan.
  • A “title” pre-filled (bank, health, taxes, etc…).

Scanned Mail

To read scanned mail, you have first a small thumbnail and then a printable quality file (you can set-up quality in the settings of the backoffice).

Download or email transfer buttons make it easy to retrieve scans.

E-documents to retrieve on the Internet

Other documents than paper mail are important for your structure.
Indeed, many bills, bank statements, folders… are stored everywhere on the net. You need to centralize them for your accounting or monitoring.

French Office provides you with a software that can explore the web and retrieve documents for you.
Then all your business is centralized in the same virtual storage space. With Docamee, retrieving your documents on the net becomes easy !

Mail Filing

Throughout our service, we virtually archive your documents.
The mail titles are editable and this illuminates your quick reading.
Comment field is available for. In addition, you create folders as you wish.

Optical Character Recognition

The OCR function is always available for Optimum plans.
For other plans, you can request activation. OCR allows you to analyze the texts of your documents.
Thereby, keywords are always added to the scanned images and can be useful for searching documents or retrieving information.

Search Information

You can find your documents very easily, we provide a search tool based on dates, titles of documents and their content.
If you have been a customer for several years, the history of your documents will be accessible. It’s easy to find your 2015 VAT Registration !

Useless Documents Destruction

The obvious advertisements are destroyed at reception.
However, some of the mails we received on your behalf may seem inappropriate. Then just drag them into the trash folder and they will go to the destruction. Documents in this folder will be phisically destructs.

Application Programming Interface

We make available to all our business customers an API where they can systematically recover the data entered and extracted from their documents. If you already have an internal processing software to manage your documents, you can ask your IT department to pick up the information managed by our company in accordance with the standards of our API.

You will then be able to view and process the information in your database.

Forwarding on demand

Send your annual statement to your accountant and your customers cheques at your bank ? Our Virtual Mailbox has everything planned !

Just check the mail in question and enter the corresponding address.
You prefer an automatic forward to your local address ?
The setting is also available !

Choice of Carrier

You are abroad and want to recover your new credit card ?
Make an online forwarding request by choosing the appropriate secure mode of transportation, DHL, Fedex or Chronopost. Each time you create a shipping request, the list of available transport modes is displayed and provides you with a cost estimate.

Print and send Mails

You are traveling and unable to send an answer, a contract, an invoice ?
You upload the pdf file that we print and send to you.

Any request sent before 12.00 PM from Monday to Friday leaves the same open day (10.00 PM for express shipments).
If your shipment has been tracked, it is recorded in your request.

 

Check Mail reception

Every day, your virtual BP is updated with new incoming mail.
You can login 24 hours a day to check for mail arrivals.
By default, an email is sent once a week to give you a weekly notification about the status of your account. However, you can set alerts to receive a message for each incoming mail.

Track your shipments

As soon as a shipment is done, the related charges are deducted from your account, the letters from your backoffice are marked “forwarded” and the eventual tracking inherent in the shipment is recorded.
You can find the tracking number or numbers online and check the routing on the carrier’s website (La Poste, Chronopost, DHL, FEDEX, etc …).

Control our operations

Each action performed on schedule or on your request is listed in the list of your operations. When management fees are attached, they are available in this list.
For example, are you wondering if we have cashed your customer’s check, received a package from a consumer, sent a registered letter according to your instructions? Your virtual BP gives you the answer!

Collect your bills

The invoices are edited at the beginning of each month M+1 and summarize the operations carried out in month M.
They are available and downloadable online.

Credit your account

Your subscription have to be paid at the beginning of the month.
You also pay a small advance for additional services. When your account balance becomes insufficient, you must re-credit your account.

For this, you can use different payment methods.

Choose antoher Plan

Your contract is automatically renewed when it has reached its end.
However, you can modify it and switch to another subscription or add an option. Each subscription has its specificities and your need can evolve.

Edit your personal data

Your secure virtual account contains an email, a phone number and a password. You can rectify this data when necessary.

Notifications

Each week, a weekly statement is sent by email and summarizes the latest transactions for your account and your mailbox. To have the details of the service performed for your business, the best is to connect online.

Alerts on operations

You receive free email alerts in a number of cases:

  • Upon receipt of registered mail.
  • Upon receipt of a package.
  • At the end of a shipping preparation.
  • To summarize an order request online (shipping, printing, cashing check, destruction, etc …).
