It takes only few minutes to register on line with CDV French Office.
You choose your preferred plan - Express Plan or Business Plan - and tell us who you are.
We accept payments by bank transfer and by debit or credit card.
We use a 3D secure system.
Additional verification for packages services
We are required to take precautions to avoid fraud.
So we may ask for further clarification about any of the information you give us to complete your application.
A verification process will apply for payments done by foreign credit card.

Parcels Management prices for all budgets
When you register on line, the interface manager will automatically calculate a first amount payable.
This depends on the plan you have chosen and the options you have indicated you may use.
You can pay for one month or one year -contract length is up to you!
The software will also add a deposit that will be used later for freight rates or other service fees.
This is a small sum and it should not be sufficient to cover the cost of sending a parcel.
But you can prefer to credit more in advance to avoid shipment delays.
Our plans work on a revolving account basis. You credit funds to your account before requesting a service.
We will always complete your orders if you have sufficient funds in your French Office account.
If not, we will notify you to allow you to make a payment onto your account.
What do I have to pay when I receive a package ?
During the sign up, an amount is required to cover your parcels service plus a small deposit.
Then, our freight rates depend on weight, size, shipping method and destination.

During your shipment preparation, some extra service fees may be added like package consolidation, packaging supplying, documents removal, etc.
At the end of this shipment preparation, we send an email detailing the transaction.
If there are not enough funds in your CDV French Office account, we will send you an email advising you that the shipment is on hold until your top is up.
Once there are sufficient funds on your account, we will automatically continue the process and despatch your items.
To avoid such delay, most customers decide to keep sufficient funds in their CDV French Office account.
