Mails Receiving	Every day Monday to Friday	We are doing: All Postal Mail receiving (included registred mails) Mail numbering Letters description (without opening) Update of your mailbox on line
Scanning	Envelops and Mail	We offer: All Envelops scanning Five selected letters fully scanned (all pages scanned)
Mail Storage	In a dedicated Postal Box	We keep: A free storage of all your mails in your dedicated Box during all your contract
Alerts	Email alerts	You will receive an email with : Amount of mails received Letters description Last operations done Contract and credit status This email can be sent as frequently as needed
Shipments (*)	Flexible	We offer : Two shipments services monthly- these services are cumulative from one month to the other You can ask: Systematic shipments (every 15 days, every month,..) Shipments when you want No shipment
