Dispatch or Dropshipping ?
We offer our staging platform for your products coming from or outside EU and that you need to forward to France, Germany, Spain, Belgium or Italy.
The 2 services - dispatching or dropshipping- are a little different for us.
With the dispatching service, we do the deconsolidation of a big shipment arrival and the items splitted out are already stamped or prepaid by your company.
With the dropshipping service, we have to use our own carrier account to organise the shipment evenif we may add your invoice or other paperwork.
In these 2 solutions proposed, there are no need of any storage as the key word is the speed.
We receive your envelops or your packages already stamped or prepaid in a big box.
Usually you ship this big box with an express courier. The customer address is already indicated on every package and we just have to drop the goods to the French post office in the 24 hours. This solution is usually cost effective and enables you to offer a quick delivery service to your French customers. If the tracking number is sticked on your shipments, you can follow easily the delivery service and our operations efficiency.
Many of our customers using this service are established in East Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia). With this dispatching service, they can propose at an affordable price a good and express delivery service to their French customers. The service is even more efficient if you have small and light items.
If you are a web merchant without any storage facility in Europe, you may need a simple warehousing solution. For us, dropshipping means that your package is arriving from your supplier and we ship it back immediately to your customer without any storage. Of course, we may adapt the packaging and the documents linked to the parcel.
That's very useful when your supplier is not able to to dropshipping by himself!
Once you have a customer order, you just ask your supplier to deliver to your French Office address.
We receive the item sent by your supplier. We record it in your personal interface, we remove any useless documentation or invoice and replace by YOUR COMPANY invoice or your delivery slip.
Through your online account, you will create a shipment request and indicate the recipîent address.
We will use the recommended carrier for your shipment and provide you instantaneously the corresponding tracking number.
We receive packages from the smallest sizes till 30Kgs, pallets 80 x 120 or 100 x 120 but the weight of each pallet must not exceed 500 Kg.
For shipments above 30 kgs, we will provide a quotation on request.
We have no particular restrictions regarding your goods.
But if our forwarder won't carry it, we won't ship it.
Its' the sole responsibility of you- our customer - to check the shipment is acceptable for transportation.
CDV French Office may at its sole discretion refuse to carry any items may be the subject of any prohibition.
