Customers returns : How it works?
1- You register on line
As soon as you have done your registration on line with your preferred monthly Plan, a dedicated storage area is booked for you and we can then receive your items.
We require some documents to validate your account.
You pay for your plan and add also an amount as an expense advance.
Immediately, we create an online customer account where you can follow every task we perform for you. Your account can be credited by card or bank transfer.
2- We receive and manage your customers returns
Prepaid labels for your returns?
If you need a prepaid label for your customer returns, we offer you a dedicated page with a form to fill and you create as many prepaid return labels as you need. The label will be invoiced when the package is in our warehouse.
As soon as a parcel arrives for you, we send you an email.
We also record the sender's name, the inbound tracking number and the return tracking number if it's barcoded in your personal access.
If necessary, we also provide scan, picture or quality inspection.
We store the parcels until your next shipment.
In the web interface, you can annotate, sort out or archive any package information we have recorded for your company.
With all this, your customer support team can already arrange refund or exchange.
If you need us to manage your emails in French, we can help you on your customer management by accessing your email, answering their questions about returns and deliveries.
3- We forward your items
You set up your account in a way that the forwarding is automatically done at the adequate frequency and with the cheapest carrier for your country.
The freight calculator gives you an estimation.
Of course, we can consolidate your packages before sending them back to your premises.
If the balance is not sufficient, you receive an email with the exact amount to pay to release the shipment. We send an email as soon as the shipment is done with the tracking number.
